The practice in context.
Plinth Advisory was founded on a senior bench with more than fifteen years of cross-border M&A, corporate development, and strategic finance work across Latin America and North America. The senior lead brings direct-to-Board transaction experience across three corporate groups — covering agribusiness, food & beverage, telecom, retail, and energy.
Education includes an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (ranked #1 in Latin America by QS) and a B.Sc. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland. Earlier career roles included senior positions in investment banking and private equity in Central America.
The practice draws on a curated network of M&A counsel, structuring directors, and sector specialists engaged on a per-mandate basis — delivering institutional depth without institutional overhead.
